Parcels are usually delivered within 3-7 working days (Monday to Saturday) from dispatch. The total delivery time from placing your order is normally 4-9 working days. Once your parcel is sent, you will receive a tracking link.

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been worn or washed and are in their original, undamaged condition. Email support@edaliya.com with your order number first and we will send you the return address and instructions.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it. All conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom, so that we can offer the best possible local service. We will let you know as soon as we expand our delivery area.
