We deliver exclusively within United Kingdom. All delivery costs within the United Kingdom are covered by us, meaning the price you see for your fashion items is the price you pay. Every order is carefully prepared and packed before being dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
Our daily cut-off time is 17:00 UK time (GMT), Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays. Sundays are not counted.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. This allows you to follow the progress of your parcel from dispatch until it reaches your door.
