Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Cancelling Your Purchase

Under UK consumer law you also have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the items back. This is a legal minimum; our 60-day return window above is longer.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@edaliya.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our support team will then send you the return address and the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the cost. We recommend choosing a shipping service that provides tracking, as Edaliya cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact support@edaliya.com before returning your item so our team can assist you.

Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund within 7 business days, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
